CONTEXT
the league is orb.tz's paid entry product: full-day in-person gatherings for executives and c-levels from companies billing above r$1.5mm per month. it was born from a pattern in sales conversations: people interested in the executive club who didn't yet have budget for a comitê estratégico.
i coordinated the launch and the first two editions, each with a different format, because each answered to a different moment in the community.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
- building the concept and narrative for each edition
- curation of speakers, panelists, and case studies, including multi-step approval
- structuring the agenda and the flow of the day, block by block
- promotion plan, coordinated with the content partner for linkedin and instagram
- creation of email sequences, landing pages, and artwork
- lead qualification before each invite was confirmed
- coordination with venue and sponsorship partners, from mapping through negotiation

STRATEGY
each edition was designed for a specific need in the community at that moment. the launch introduced the product with a short talk and cocktail reception. the first full edition built a day in blocks (radar, panel, hot seat, arena, pacto). the second tackled "how to make your company ai-first" with oracle.
repeating the formula would have been easier, but redesigning the experience each time is what keeps the league feeling relevant.
