CONTEXT

orb.tz was created to solve a problem few companies admit: leading a company is one of the loneliest jobs there is. the solution came as an executive club made up of former presidents, c-levels, and board members from companies like microsoft, uber, unilever, sky, and whirlpool.

when i joined, the company had the right concept and almost no structure to reach the right people. i worked closely with the founder, almost like a duo, building the brand, the funnel, and the products at the same time.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 360 marketing strategy
  • definition of the pricing logic and positioning for the ecosystem's three products
  • content framework and management of the founder's personal brand
  • full funnel structure (paid, outbound, email, crm, pricing)
  • organization and production of products and events, from concept to execution
  • daily mapping of partner companies, structuring sponsorship models, and direct negotiation
  • tracking of funnel metrics and channel performance

STRATEGY

before any event or campaign, there was a foundational question: how do you get someone into the ecosystem through the right door, and keep them moving forward once they're in? the answer came in layers, each with its own pricing logic, built from market benchmarking and real cost.

every entry point is legitimate, and staying at any level generates enough value to never feel like an incomplete step.
